2. Refunds Upon Cancellation

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only available if you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of your purchase. If you cancel after this period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.

2.2 No Refunds for Partially Used Services:

  • We do not offer refunds for any partially used subscription periods. If you choose to cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you will not be entitled to a prorated refund.

3. Reseller Panels

3.1 Cancellation of Reseller Panels:

  • All sales of reseller panels are final and non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a reseller panel, please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining period of the reseller panel subscription.
